Q. How to purchase
A. After ordering from Payment, we will inform you of the total amount including shipping fee by e-mail.

We will add 4% comission if you pay by Paypal.

Q. How much is the shipping fee?
A. One surfboard will be delivered to your home in Vietnam by Sagawa Express for 1,200,000 vnd.
But Except some long boards will be charge more,please ask us about longboard shipping fee.
It includes insurance and packing fees.
Other items will be shipped via Vittel post etc.

Q. Do you have a tracking number?
A. We will inform you of the "Tracking Number" when the package is shipped. You can easily find your baggage by entering the "tracking number" on the shipping company's website.

Q. How long will the product arrive?
A. It takes about 1 to 2 weeks for Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, depending on the delivery status.

Q. Is the surfboard insured?
A. We have Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance.

Q. What if the surfboard is broken?
A. Please contact us.

Q. Is it possible to ship overseas?
A. Orders can only be placed in Vietnam.

Q. Can I return the item?
A. As a general rule, returns are not possible.
However, we will accept returns in the event of a problem that has a significant impact on use.
However, we only accept items that are unworn, unwashed, have a product tag, or have an inspection tag.
Returns will be made within 7 days of the date of arrival of the item.
If you do not meet the above conditions, we will not accept returns.
In that case, please note that we will return it again.
Please note that the shipping cost for returned goods will be borne by the customer.

A.サーフボードは佐川急便でベトナムのご自宅まで1,200,000vndで1枚お届けします。保険と梱包料が含まれています。※一部のロングボードの送料は特別荷物となるため異なります、お気軽にお問い合わせください。
その他の商品はVittel postなどで発送されます。

Q.追跡番号はありますか？
A.荷物の発送時に「荷物追跡番号」をお知らせします。
手荷物の所在を確認するには、 配送会社のウェブサイトで「手荷物追跡番号」を入力することで簡単に見つけることができます。

Q.どのくらいの期間で届きますか？
A.配送状況にもよりますが、ハノイ、ホーチミンは1～2週間程度かかります。

Q.サーフボードには保険がかけられていますか？
A.三井住友海上保険に加入しています。

Q.サーフボードが壊れていたら？
A.ショップまでご連絡ください。
状況を確認後、三井住友海上保険よりお客様にご連絡いたします。

Q.海外発送はできますか？
A.注文はベトナム国内でのみ可能です。

Q.返品はできますか？
A.原則として返品はできません。
ただし、使用に重大な影響を与える問題が発生した場合は返品を受け付けます。
未着用、未洗浄、商品タグ、検品タグのあるもののみ受け付けております。
返品は商品到着日から7日以内とさせて頂きます。
上記の条件を満たさない場合、返品はお受けできません。
その場合、再度返品させていただきますのでご了承ください。
返品の送料はお客様のご負担となりますのでご了承ください。
