Can I change surfboards when I'm renting one?

Yes, you can do it

customers who rent for more than one day can change their board.

Do I need to recompense for damaging a surfboard?

Yes, please pay the following: USD 15 for 1 fin damage,
USD 50 for repairable damage and USD 500 for unrepairable damage to the surfboard .
Please check your travel insurance before you travel - it may cover costs for these damages.

Can I rent a motorcycle surfboard rack when I rent a surfboard?

We have bicycles with surf racks available for rent.

They are available for 200,000 VND per day.

*Please note: Riding a motorbike without a valid license is illegal for foreigners in Vietnam, so we do not recommend it.

Can I pickup and return my rental surfboard at my hotel?

We sincerely apologize, but our store does not currently offer a delivery service. 
when you return your surfboard, please visit our store in person and bring the item with you.

What happens when the weather is bad?

We operate in light rain, but will cancel in case of strong winds, heavy rain, thunder, and hurricane.

Are there restrooms and showers on the beach?

No, there aren't but we have a shower room, restroom and changing room at our surf shop.

Is it ok if I can't swim?

We ask those who can't swim at all refrain from participating.
Only those who can swim 25m or more in a pool can participate in our lessons.

Is there a age restriction?

We ask that children under 9 years old refrain from participating.
We don't have a upper age limit. Please participate at your own risk.

If I 'm injured, what can you do to help?

In the case of light injury, we can provide first aid at our shop. In case of serious injury, we will take you to a hospital.
Be sure to be covered by overseas travel insurance before you travel.

What time does my lesson start?

It depends on our booking status.
Lessons start from 8am - 4pm. Please let us know your time of request.

How do I pay?

Payment in advance in cash and Credit cards. We accept Vietnamese Dong, Japanese Yen, and US Dollar.
We can only give change in Vietnamese Dong.

What should I wear?

Please wear swimwear. We recommend women with delicate skin wear rash guards and shorts.
We have a changing room at our shop, so you are welcome to change there.

What do I do with my valuables?

We have valuables lockers at our shop. We recommend you store your valuables there.

Please tell me about cancellation fees.

The following fees apply:
2 days before lesson - No charge
1 day before lesson - 50% of the price of your lesson
Day of lesson - 100% of the price of your lesson

How can I start surfing?

Our lesson is small group and kindly and carefully. You can learn the surf and SUP lesson where you can stand, so you can be relieved.
We also take pictures. After the lesson, we will give you  the data for free. Please try surfing and SUP in Da Nang.

Do we need wet suits in Da Nang?

Is Da Nang's ultraviolet rays strong?

Since ultraviolet rays are strong, it is important to take measures with sunscreen, hat, sunglasses and so on.

Where is the surf point of Da Nang, My Kye Beach?

Danang and My kye beach are beach breaks, so it will be changed by the size of the waves at that time and the points decided on the topography. We do guide that can surf safely with just the right point of size, a surf tour is also done, so please feel free to inquire.
 

What is the payment method?

We accept PayPal payments and bank transfers.

We will add 4% comission if you pay by Paypal.

How to purchase 

After ordering from Payment, we will inform you of the total amount including shipping fee by e-mail.

How much is the shipping fee?

One surfboard will be delivered to your home in Vietnam by Sagawa Express for 1,000,000 vnd.

Includes insurance and packing fees.

Other items will be shipped via Vittel post etc.

Do you have a tracking number?

We will inform you of the "Tracking Number" when the package is shipped. You can easily find your baggage by entering the "tracking number" on the shipping company's website.

How long will the product arrive?

It takes about 1 to 2 weeks for Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, depending on the delivery status.

Is the surfboard insured? 

We have Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance.

What if the surfboard is broken?

Please contact us.

Is it possible to ship overseas?

Orders can only be placed in Vietnam.

Can I return the item?

As a general rule, returns are not possible. 

However, we will accept returns in the event of a problem that has a significant impact on use.

However, we only accept items that are unworn, unwashed, have a product tag, or have an inspection tag.

Returns will be made within 7 days of the date of arrival of the item.

If you do not meet the above conditions, we will not accept returns.

In that case, please note that we will return it again.

Please note that the shipping cost for returned goods will be borne by the customer.

Can other products and surfboards be shipped together?

In some cases, it can be included at no additional shipping cost. Please also order accessories and clothes such as deck pads, fins, leashes.
